Auction Location: Smith & Co. Auction Facility, 10762 U.S. Highway 412, Mooreland, OK. Early Preview: Wednesday, December 2nd from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Auction Closes: Wednesday, December 2nd at 6 p.m. Loadout: Thursday & Friday, December 3-4 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday, December 5th from 9 a.m. – Noon. All firearm purchasers must successfully complete the required federal background check before the firearm can be released to the buyer. A $35.00 background check fee will be charged to the buyer at the time of the background check. If you are an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee), please notify us prior to purchase. Firearms will not be released until all applicable requirements have been satisfied. All items sold in their present condition with no warranties expressed or implied. TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie ‘Max Bid’, the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first. Invoices will be emailed immediately following the close of the auction. A 4% Buyer’s Premium (capped at $500) & 5.4% Oklahoma Sales Tax will be added to the total receipt amount. A 3% convenience fee will be added on all Credit/Debit card purchases.
